David began working in the realm of physical therapy at age seventeen as a therapist‘s aide. He attended Kean University acquiring his dual Bachelor‘s in Psychology and Biology. David is an ACE certified personal trainer, NSCA certified trainer and ACE orthopedic exercise specialist..
While David was working in physical therapy clinics, he noticed that patients, who incorporated acupuncture along with physical therapy, were achieving their goals at a faster rate than those who hadn‘t been doing acupuncture. Patients were also feeling more relief of their ailments while doing acupuncture.
With that added knowledge, David began his graduate studies in acupuncture and received a Master of Science in Acupuncture from The Eastern School of Medicine at Montclair University in New Jersey.
David Dias is a NCCAOM board certified acupuncturist licensed in the state of New Jersey. His specializes in conditions such as chronic pain, neurological, reproductive, and digestive. He uses utilizes a multifaceted approach to achieve a patient‘s health and wellness using various techniques such as Japanese style acupuncture, electro–acupuncture, auriculotherapy and trigger point acupuncture.
